Returns

Return Policy

Returns will be considered on new, unused products, with original packaging and instructions, (excluding custom builds, chain slings and custom purchases). QCC must be notified within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase and returned at the purchaser’s expense. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all orders unless an offsetting order is placed.

In the event the purchaser receives the wrong product, a QCC waybill and RGA will be issued to the customer and will need to accompany the return for it to be considered.

 

Return Procedure

Step 1: Provide the date the product was purchased and the corresponding sales order/invoice number.

Step 2: Describe the reason for return. Provide as many details about the reason for return as possible. If there is a fitment issue, provide the tire size and type of vehicle or equipment and supporting pictures.

Step 3: Once approved, a Return of Goods Authorization with return instructions will be provided. Do NOT return your product before receiving approval.

 

All authorized returns must be accompanied by a copy of the RGA or they can be refused.

Please do not send back your items without prior authorization.

All collect shipments will be refused unless a QCC waybill is supplied.

All Custom Builds, Chain Slings and Custom Purchases are non-returnable.
